“Retrofit: Exploring Space, Place and the Artifact in Special Collections”
Las Vegas, Nevada
Tuesday-Friday, June 24-27, 2014

CALL FOR POSTERS

Conference organizers invite proposals for RBMS LV Preconference Poster session. Please submit written proposals of no more than 200 words by January 20, 2014 to rbrim@getty.edu. Successful proposals will address the following subjects discussed at RBMS Preconferences from 1959-1963 incorporating a graphic component to illustrate case studies, collections, or research.

1. Bibliography
2. Preservation
3. Space planning for special collections
4. Book Arts
5. History of science
6. Automation/digitization

Posters will be displayed on 30” x 40” foam board during session coffee breaks. Further guidelines for presentation will be sent with acceptance notification.
