Due to facility capacity we have sold out registration for this event. You may get on the wait list by faxing in the RBMS Wait List Form. Wait list Forms will be processed in the order received and you will receive email confirmation of receipt. Before making your travel and lodging accommodations, please review the preconference schedule. You may want to plan on arriving Tuesday in time to take advantage of optional workshops, the Preconference Orientation, Tech Petting Zoo and/or the New Member’s Mixer.

Non-Members: $325 *
Retired: $145 *
Full-time Student: $125 *

*All registration prices incur an additional $50 late fee after May 23, 2014. Additional fees may apply to preconference workshops and select tours.

Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing prior to May 23, 2014, and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The preconference and all of its events are offered on a cost-recovery basis and may be cancelled due to adverse events beyond the control of ACRL or if there is insufficient registration. In the event that an ACRL-sponsored activity is cancelled, ACRL cannot be responsible for any cancellation/charge assessed to registrants by airlines, travel agencies, or hotels.
